Endless Summer® with huge calendar for racing test days and track days in Southern Europe

Even bigger, even more diverse, even more service

For all motorsport teams who want to test their race car during the cold season or drivers who want to get fit for the upcoming season, Gedlich Racing offers a series of test days in Spain and Portugal. These are characterized by the particularly high-quality calendar and the high quota of fast racing cars.
Markus Gedlich, Managing Director of Gedlich Racing explains: “We are now running our very successful trackday series “Endless Summer” for the thirteenth season. This season it includes a total of 28 trackdays on 8 tracks. We have especially many German teams from the endurance and GT series with us, testing their cars. But also pilots with fast road cars with semislicks like a Porsche GT3 RS are very welcome and fit well into the line-up of race cars in terms of speed.“

28 dates within four months on the best tracks in southern Europe
The calendar makes impressive reading. International tracks such as Barcelona, Portimao and Estoril are on offer in December and January. For February and March, in addition to Jerez, the Almería circuit with its impressive 9 km track length will follow, as well as the classic Valencia and the super-modern Aragón (venue of the WTCR) and once again the Formula 1 circuit of Barcelona, which is particularly popular for preparing for international races.

Raceweeks – up to eight trackdays with only one journey
In several cases, the dates are combined into so-called “Endless Summer Raceweeks”. With only one journey you can drive up to eight trackdays on up to four tracks. The dates can also be booked individually.

Navarra new in the program, Monteblanco back in the mix
Monteblanco, located between Jerez and Portimao, is back on the program. It is a super-modern track whose layout can be varied countless times. Its main point of criticism in the past, the excessively abrasive track surface, has been eliminated by reasphalting.
A completely new addition to the program is the international FIA circuit of Navarra, which with its approximately 4 km offers the very best conditions for testing and race preparation. In addition, it is beautifully located on the edge of the Rioja wine-growing region and offers very good leisure and recreational options in addition to racing.

Longest sprint track in Europe in the program – “The South Loop” with 9 km per lap
Still largely unknown to many is the new Almería track. Built by ex-Moto GP rider David García, it offers 9 km of the finest layouts and is located in the driest region of Europe, the Tabernas desert. Although no international races are held here, in four seasons that Gedlich Racing has now offered it, the track has established itself as a firm favourite with Endless Summer fans. Its track profile is very similar to the Nürburgring Nordschleife and it receives top marks from amateur drivers and professionals alike. It can be ideally combined with the Valencia dates on February 17 and 18, 2023.

Rental race cars, transportation and travel service from the organizer
For those who do not have a racing car and would like to rent one: Gedlich Racing, in cooperation with its partners, has around 30 different types available for rental on site.
But the organizer also organizes the transport of your own car, both from Germany to the sunny south and during the winter to the individual tracks.
Gedlich Racing offers all customers the Endless Summer travel service. In addition to hotel bookings at special rates, the organizer assists with flight bookings, transfers and social programs.

GT Winter Series immediately after the Endless Summer® Trackdays
For those who want to move on to real racing after testing and training, the GT Winter Series is the place to be. Situated immediately after the Endless Summer® Test and Trackdays and running on the weekend except for Portimao, it offers racing in five different classes on a total of six dates. The first day of each two-day event is GTWS Test Day and features 5 test sessions, Day 2 is GTWS Race Day and features two qualifying sessions, two sprint races and a 60-minute Endurance. Find out more on the GT Winter Series website.

Bookings are being accepted now.
