Warranty for Endless Summer Trackdays and GT Winter Series

If an Endless Summer or GT Winter Series event is not feasible due to government regulations, the money for the trackday fee, second driver, guest or 1:1 coaching will be refunded or you will be rebooked to another event.

Corona Tests on site

For all events in risk areas, a doctor or laboratory is available on site at the hotel and/or on the track to carry out corona tests. In good time before your return flight you will receive your test result with which you will return to your home country.

Special hotel cancellation conditions

We have agreed special cancellation conditions with the hotels for you. This means that if an event is not held, you can cancel your room free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

Alternative locations

In case of cancellation, we offer alternative locations for many events in order to be able to hold the event outside of a risk area (e.g. Portugal instead of Spain).

Hygiene

There is a separate hygiene concept for each location in order to accredit you easily and contact-free. Together with the tracks we optimise all processes.
