GEDLICH Racing announces 2027 Winter Series calendar
Get ready once again for plenty of racing action during the winter!
GEDLICH Racing has officially announced the 2027 Winter Series calendar. Following a highly successful 2026 season, teams, drivers, and fans can once again look forward to top-level motorsport action at some of Europe’s most renowned racing circuits. The upcoming Winter Series will once again take place in Portugal and Spain, bringing together GT, GT4, and Formula racing on an international stage.
The season kicks off from January 14–17, 2027, at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão, where both the GT Winter Series and the GT4 Winter Series will begin their campaigns.
Just one week later, from January 21–24, both championships will compete at the historic Estoril circuit. In addition, the Formula Winter Series will launch its new season at the former Formula One venue.
Another major highlight awaits participants and spectators from February 4–6 in Portimão, where the first six-hour endurance race for GT machinery will take place, promising thrilling motorsport action under demanding conditions.
The Winter Series paddock will then move on to Spain. From February 11–14, the series will race at Circuito Permanente de Jerez before heading to the famous Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from February 25–28.
The grand season finale will take place from March 4–7, 2027, at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia. With around 10,000 fans attending last year’s event, the finale has already established itself as one of the highlights of the international winter motorsport calendar. GT, GT4, and Formula racing will combine for a spectacular racing weekend.
The GEDLICH Racing Winter Series continues to stand for accessibility and close interaction with fans. As in 2026, spectator access to the circuits and live streaming of all races on YouTube are planned.
GEDLICH Racing is looking forward to welcoming teams, drivers, partners, and fans back to the Winter Series starting January 14, 2027.
